This morning as I was running, I met a guy in Yuldong Park that I've seen there a few times but didn't talk to before. I thought he was a runner for Samsung because they were all wearing Samsung running clothes, but it turns out he is the coach of the Korean Speedwalking team. He was telling me about the guys he was training. One guy was the 2nd best runner (or walker) this year as a University student. Some of them do a km in 4 minutes or less, WALKING! One of the guys was in the last Olympics in Athens, Greece. And then he told me that he was in the 1980 Olympics in Moscow, and he came in 7th place. His name is Bogadon and he's from Poland. That's about it. After that I ran back home and decided I need to run more and get fitter after the pictures I saw of myself from the weekend. Pictures do add 10 or 15 pounds.
