Rain Stopped...now it's HOT!!

Well, the rain has stopped and I think it will be the last of it. It is very muggy here now! Everywhere you go you have to relax for a minute or two to just cool down in the air conditioning. I've gotten accustomed to drinking cold coffee too because drinking hot coffee is just too hot! Well I have a little bit of a long day and a shorter one tomorrow but then I'm off starting Wednesday for 7 days! It will be the longest stretch of days off for over a year! I'm going to meet Bill tonight after work and we're going to his house to have a coffee and talk about his upcoming trip to Canada. I'm also going to give him some 'things' to take to my Mom and Dad because he'll be in the London area.



Well, the best news I've heard over the weekend was the signing of Vannistelrooy to Real Madrid, not that he went to that club but because he got out of Manchester United. Now there's no more reason to see them win. In fact I hope they lose a lot of games and get reminded what a great natural goalscorer he was there and will be in Spain. I can't believe some of the stuff I heard about him. 'He wasn't able to compete for a position'...'he's too old'...well I think Man Utd should take a look at their manager and wonder why some of the best players, Jaap Stam, David Beckham, Roy Keane, and now Ruud have left the club. Maybe it's time for "Sir" Alex Fergusen to go too!!!!
