He Floats Like a Butterfly..But stings like a Bee!

Well, these days consist of going to work, going to the gym before or after, and attending to my 'private' times with select people. It's getting cooler here and it's nice to be outside during the day. Last night, Billy, Kyle and I went to a nice Galbi restaurant and we had the bbq outside. It was great and I kept saying how nice it was and how I loved that atmosphere. Billy loves his Galbi and he usually buys a bottle of wine to take to the restaurant. It's pretty cool because no one really says anything like "you can't bring you own alcohol" or anything like that.

I just absolutely love the service that is given at those places too!! Better than a five star restaurant! Seriously! The owner said to us in Korean.."If you want some more galbi, just order some more and It'll be on the house". By the time we ate all that though, we were pretty stuffed! So after that, we decided to go to Samsung Plaza. Kyle is leaving for Cambodia on Tuesday morning. He'll be there for a month and he's coming back to Korea around the end of November. He's a good guy with a sense of humour. Sometimes he deserves a good smack but overall he's alright. So we played some pool and I had a good series with Billy. He came back from being down 0-3 to beat me 5-4. Great comeback but I think at the beginning he was a little nervous. He kept on dropping his cue. But kudos to him. He worked hard and pulled it out.

Later on, we met Paul and went to a singing room with his Korean teacher. I keep telling him that he needs to learn a Korean song. I hope he'll take my advice. Being able to sing in another language is really cool. I know about 10 songs now, a few older ones and new pop songs as well. I'd like to learn a few more. I'll get Billy there with us sometime too, if I can drag him away from the pool table...

yes sir, that was a good series, paul would have disowned you for good if he could have seem how serious we were while playing...

this one of your best posts in a while Dave... not because I'm in it... though it probably helps, but more so because you simply told a nice story... I enjoyed it... a good white blood cell count does you good my friend.
