2007 New Beginnings

Well, 2007 is here, another Christmas, birthday and New Year within a week. It always seems to go by so quickly doesn't it? The usual resolutions crossed my mind..stop this and stop that while doing more of this and more of that. But with about 6 weeks to go before I leave for Canada, it might be hard to accomplish. We'll see how it goes. Quitting smoking is always a difficult one and not one I'm really ready for but I gotta try it. Eating healthier isn't too hard to do since a lot of Korean food consists of vegetables and spicy kimchi. Cooking more at home will be a little time consuming but I need to do more of that for practice cooking some korean style dishes. Exercising is not a problem. I can just continue what I've been doing, running and weights and if I mix that up with eating less Family Mart sandwiches and drinking less Dublin beer then I will feel even younger. Even though I am 37 now, most of the time I still feel 27!! And it will only get better....

Since it is January 2nd today and there is almost half a season to go in the English Premier League, I'm gonna go on a limb and say that Liverpool will climb up to 2nd place and overtake Chelsea and give Man Utd a go!! They still have to play both of them at Anfield and that is not an easy place to play!! Go Liverpool! Here's a great goal from Dutchman Dirk Kuyt. After helping set up the first 2 goals he added this one of his own!! Click on the link below to see it.

This video below is at Samsung Plaza on Christmas Eve. There were a lot of people out and you can see all the lights of the different places all stacked on top of each other. Hope everyone has a great New Year and all find a way to make an improvement in yourselves...if you need to.
