Some Things to Look Forward to...

There are 11 teaching days left in my contract and this is the first time that I've been in Korea when I am actually counting down the days. Not that it's that bad though. There are still a lot of people I'd like to see before I go. I know that even though I will be back in the 'Land of the Morning Calm', it's not always easy for people to make time to meet so I don't expect to see a lot of people I have met here in Bundang, ever again.
The past weekend was the Ulsan Won Shot Wanderers Classic Football Match. Paul and I went down there on Saturday and came back here on Sunday afternoon. It was a match of the new footballers against the legends who played for them in the past. I enjoyed that, for sure! Even though I used some muscles that weren't used for a while, it was nice to kick the ball around for a while. Gareth, the manager of the team, is leaving for Canada, then England and to Chile, where he plans to start and run a business there. Good luck to him! It will be good for him to go and I could sense he was ready to leave this country. Enough Gogi and Soju to last for a while...
Since Paul is leaving next Saturday, and myself a week and a half later, we're going to have a get together at Dublins next Wednesday night. I hope to see you all there if you can make it.
I'll be leaving for Canada in a couple of weeks too. It will be really great to hang out with the family and see some old friends. It's strange, I kinda miss the food here already and I haven't even left yet! I'm sure I'll survive but it has become an everyday thing for me to eat the spicy foods and sidedishes on a daily basis.
Ofcourse, after Canada Paul and I are going to England and Holland and it's possible that we'll be able to see the Barcelona-Liverpool match on March 7th! If he doesn't get tickets, I'm not going! Do your best Paul!

Don't get your hopes up too high, Dave. Even fans there have a hell of a time getting tickets. Supporters who travel to away Champions League to watch Liverpool, get first dibs.
Maybe my Uncle can do something for us. Anyway, even if you don't go, I am going regardless.... haha, as if!!!!!!!
