It was a great weekend traveling around Seoul: Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Well, we did most of the sightseing on Friday and more or less chilled out on Saturday and later that night we went to Itaewon. We tried to eat as much of a variety of Korean food as we could. Ofcourse we tried Korean BBQ!. We also had 'Hanshik' in Insadong which is a bunch of traditional sidedishes with rice and traditional 'Bibimbap'. On Saturday we had 'Samgyopsal' which she didn't like as much as 'Galbi' because there is much more fat in it. Makes sense. Then on Sunday before she left we tried some 'Solleongtang' and 'Torsot Bibimpap'. Gale is a friend of a friends' fiance and I will see my friend Mike and his fiance next month when I go back to Canada. She was very friendly and enjoyable to hang out with. I hope to see her again someday. To be honest it was a little surreal spending almost the whole weekend with her and I'll remember it for a long time.....

I'll second that... even raise it to, "You look REALLY cute together." You should definitely do what you have to do to keep that going, she seemed pretty damn cool... especially if keeping it going means moving to Thailand... a change of location would be nice, you can always come back to Korea, you know? Also, it's very rude and not very tasteful to post pictures of people from the past, eating, in winter clothes.
