Galbi sweet Galbi!!!

There are these green peppers in Korea that are called 'Gochu'. They are very good for your diet as well as Garlic and Onions. Combine these with some kimchi and barbecued Galbi, it's one of my favorite foods here. There are a few great places where you can get quality side dishes with all of this as well. These places are in Bundang and they are "용갈비"(Yong Galbi) in Seohyun dong, and "고추몽"(Gochu-mong) in Imaedong. This place I'm at above is in northern Seoul. It's not as good as the places I mentioned because you have to get sidedishes yourself. But these places in Bundang come with full service and blow your socks off sidedishes.
Billy, Julia (a girl we used to work with) and Colin (a Canuck from Ottawa) went to Yong Galbi last Friday. Julia quit the school so we kind of had a going away dinner and I'm not sure who was the most delighted that she is gone, the director, the manager, Billy or I. She really was stressed at working at our school. I hope she doesn't read this but if she does, I mean well. I had a good talk with her and just told her that some things she has said to us didn't sound very nice or polite. Hopefully I didn't upset her as I was very brash. I just told her that if her English was better then maybe she wouldn't say things that sounded strange to a native speaker. Anyways, Good Luck Julia whereever you are or whatever you do.
