9 and almost 1/2 weeks
I'm not sure if this will be a hot summer but the way it looks to be and feels, especially today, it's going to be a scorching summer!
Last week, the gym where I've been going for the last month, shut down because it needed some renovations in a really bad way. I've been going jogging right near my house, next to the river. It has signs so it tells you how far in between subways stops the path is. It's great because I've been listening to all the music I've downloaded lately for my own personal use. Last night was the first REAL craving I've had for a cigarette since I quit 9 weeks ago. When I was running on the path, listening to my Ipod, I saw a guy taking a break and enjoying a cigarette after shooting some hoops. It looked like he was really enjoying that cigarette and I wanted one too for a split second! That's as far as that went...no other cravings.....I guess I've grown a little.

Keep going Dave. I am proud of hell of you. Quitting smoking is no small or easy matter. If you can go 9 weeks, I think you have kicked the habit.....mentally anyway. It is up to you now to never put one of those disgusting things in your mouth, ever again!!!!!!
Paul.
Well Dave, I think it's awesome that you quit, keep up the good work!
