For the past 11 days, I've been on a diet. To be honest, this is the first one I've ever tried, at least for this long. I've been eating less at one meal and also exercising once again. It's a nice groove to be in. After 11 days, I have a couple of days off then it's back on the 11 days again. I've dropped a couple of kilos and I'm starting to feel lighter. It is true what they say, a combination of diet and exercise is the key to weightloss. All those times when I was running 5km a day did me nothing because of everything I was eating in between.
The temperature has dropped off quite a bit since then. It snowed for a few days as well so it was looking nice and clean and pure. Above is a view of outside my apartment after it snowed a few weeks ago.
