A New Place 7.21
Looking for places today in Taipei County. It's very close to Taipei and also to the MRT, the high speed rail or subway, metro, tube, underground, whatever you want to call it. Most of the places are furnished and half the price of the ones in Korea so I'm happy about that already. Yesterday, I went for a walk, was going to meet John and Emily at a Starbucks but found a couple of parks on the way there. I decided to walk in and take a look. I walked by a couple of times before but didn't stop because I was in a rush to get somewhere cool. People were sitting around and looking hot, some were exercising though. By the time I walked through the 2 parks, I was soaked so I just went to the nearby Satarbucks, ducked inside and chilled out for a while.

Hey Dave,
I like the way you are being careful not to diss Korea too much....funny really!
It needs dissing, my friend. They are loud and abnoxious everywhere you go. It is what it is and they are never going to change, but that does not make it right. Enjoy your new life and your new challenge. Hope school went great for you today.
Paul.
