Kimchi Chigae

I made some of this Kimchi Chigae a few weeks ago. A friend of mine left Korea to go to London, England and before she left, she gave me a bunch of Kimchi. It's really tasty and looks good doesn't it? These are the usual ingredients, tofu, mushrooms, kimchi, garlic paste, onions, and red pepper paste. You can put other things in too but I just put these things in. Try it sometime.

I actually really surprised myself. It tasted great! I have had some better tasting Kimchi Chigae in Jeongjadong and Paul took me to a good place in Migeum but the stuff I made was alright! I thought I'd blog something a little different than the usual football stuff. Going to class soon to put some temporary tattoos on the kids. To them, today is the first day of the WorldCup!
