Since last Wednesday, I've been going to the gym and running 5 km each time but really trying to lower my time running it. On Wednesday I ran a 27:23, Friday a 27:10 and then yesterday a 26:26. I'm getting closer to my target of 25 minutes. It's kind of funny because there were a couple of us talking about how fast professionals run and made my time seem so slow! Anyways, it's still nice to be able to have a time and try to break that time.This picture was taken in Jongro in Seoul, a place that I'd like to go to again soon. The weather in Seoul now is getting to be very comfortable and living in Bundang is a great place to live, very clean and modern, but Seoul has so many old places and great areas to see. So I want to see more of it especially the north part like Jongro, Dongdaemun market and other stuff.
Paul and I have been talking about going to England and Holland after going to Canada. We were talking about going to watch a Liverpool game or two and maybe we could do the same in Amsterdam watching Ajax. Ajax versus PSV would be a nice match to watch!
By the way, how are you all doing? Did your phones get cut off or something? You know who I'm talking about.

It would be great to see you if you come to Holland and if you let us know in time, we will do our best to get some tickets to a game, in Amsterdam or somewhere... Will be fun!
