Kuyt getting one, like I predicted-A Great First Season

After a few days of letting the result of the game settle, I realized that it was a good season of football overall. I enjoyed meeting some great people over the last half of the season. Some people from all over the world actually and people you can only meet in Itaewon it seems. It turned into a kind of regular thing too where we would meet weekly for the Liverpool game on Saturday nights. I have yet to get some pictures of the group of us but I will do that soon. There's Matt from Manchester but a Liverpool supporter(his Dad was from Liverpool), ofcourse there are Richie and Nick and Paul from Liverpool. There's Winston from Ethiopia. There's Ahmed from Dubai.(He's not really a Liverpool supporter but he will be soon) With all these guys around, it made it really enjoyable to watch the games! Watching the games with Paul is always great too, we've probably watched over 300 games including the WorldCup and Premiership games. We've only been to 3 or 4 live games though and we'll be going to watch one this Saturday! I'm SO looking forward to that game.

It was a good weekend overall. It's starting to get hotter every day here. Rob got here on Thursday and I think he'll have some work this week. We hung out over the weekend. I finally watched the film 'Apocalypto'. I picked up that one along with 'Blood Diamond' and 'Babel' in England back in March. It was a fantastic movie and kept me on the edge of my seat! I strongly recommend seeing it! I joined the gym last week which also has a Sauna. It's great being able to have a nice sauna and cold bath after a workout. It's getting hotter by the day here and a lot of places have Central heating so starting in June the Air Conditioners will be turning on...finally!

Well it's Monday morning and back to a full week of work. The next holiday here is next week though..right in the middle on a Wednesday so it will break up the week nicely....
