I joined a gym about 2 weeks ago and I've been going every day. I think since I've joined there's only been one day that I haven't gone. I've also set a minimum for myself doing a combination of running, jogging or walking 5km on the treadmill every time. I'm also trying to do it in 30 minutes or less and try to beat the time. So far, I've got down to under 28 minutes. I've gone for 9 days in a row and I'll go today after work so that will be 50km in 10 days.

One thing that I have noticed ever since being in Korea and now living in Seoul is that there are so many women in great shape. But a lot of them are also very vain, taking pictures of themselves with their cellphones and constantly checking out their makeup with their pocket mirrors. I don't mind though.

I have clocked about 30 kms just this week dude plus the 90 minutes that I am going to try and run tonight. I am going to run at about 7.5 for the first 45 mins and then try for 9.0 for the rest. Wish me luck.
