My New Goal

I've decided to register for an Aquathon. It takes place in Sokcho, on the east coast of South Korea. It is not quite as hard as a triathlon or a biathlon ofcourse because it only involves swimming and running. There are 3 separate races. The first one is a 3 km swim followed by a 20 km run. (Course A) The second is a 1.5 km swim followed by a 10 km run. (Course B) The third one (Course C) is a 750m swim followed by a 5 km run. This is the one I will do and the best choice for me as it will be the first competitive race of its kind for me.
