On Friday, I went to Bangbae station in Gangnam and met Kyle there. I had the day off as I have every Monday, Wednesday and Friday off this month. It's been great so I've been reading, relaxing and exercising a lot. I joined a new soccer team as well and I have a totally new attitude towards playing on the team. That is, no more getting stuck in tackles too hard, controlling my anger if the referee makes a bad call, and just trying to use the skills I was given and that I've used over all these years. For one thing, it's much more enjoyable and I have so much more energy to focus on just playing MY game. I'm very proud of how I've been playing too, in midfield right in the center. Also, since I've been running a lot over the last 6 months and I quit smoking, I've been able to catch my breath a lot easier. Since it is my favorite game, I want to keep up my new 'game plan' going without getting injured and just enjoy myself.

Getting back to Friday. After meeting with Kyle, we walked up a hill to see a great view of the south part of Seoul, overlooking Gangnam and the Han River. We didn't get to spend too much time up there but we managed to climb up the mountain and get some pictures at the top and then have some Mandoo and Ddokpokki. I had to get back because I had to make some spaghetti and get ready for the party I was having.
